Training
Training is very close to being a reality. There are many activities that should be considered as part of your cycling program in addition to the daily or weekly ride. Roller training, balance activities, stretching and nutrition all have an impact of your success as a cyclist.
Training Programs
Once we identify your Fit, Pedaling and Fitness issues, we can work with you to offer riding programs that will help you achieve your riding goals.
Roller Training
Rollers offer immediate rider feedback that can quickly improve our pedal stroke. Inefficient pedaling shows up in the inability to maintain a straight line while riding. Riding on rollers will smooth out your pedal mechanics. They will improve your balance. They will improve your skills as a cyclist. Our roller training protocol allows you to monitor your progress as your skills improve.
Balance Activities
Balance on the bike is critical. Not only do you have to be able to react quickly while riding, you also have to be able to control your bike at fast and slow speeds. Balance and bike handling drills will improve your mastery of cycling.
Stretching
Okay, everyone hates it. But we know it's good for us. Stretching is like eating your peas and carrots. A flexible rider is able to move throughout the range of motion with less resistance and therefore, less effort. If you are expending energy just to overcome your limited mobility, you are going to be less effective as a cyclist. Inflexible riders have two limiting factors: wasted effort just to spin the pedals and they tend to have poor pedaling technique as a result of tight muscles and joints.
Nutrition
We don't provide specific nutritional consultation, however, a good diet is crucial to cycling. A well balanced program meets the nutritional demands of competitive and recreational cyclists alike. We can point you in the direction of several good resources.

The time has come. It's time to offer coaching services that are affordable and effective. Here are the building blocks to a successful coaching experience.
